COME BACK AFTER 239 DAYS - CHASING IDA SEASON 2
@RUNNING_IDA
ABOUT ME
I am Ida, a professional trail runner. I feel most at home in the Alps, love the challenge, nature and sport. I originally come from track and road running, got into trail running by a lucky coincidence and now compete with the best trail runners in the world, both on a national and international level. I love to just tie on my running shoes and push myself to my physical limits. When I'm not on a trail in the mountains, I study architecture in Innsbruck.
CHASING IDA
In the second season of Chasing Ida, I will once again take you with me on the trails and show you why I love trail running so much.
Season 2 - Episode 1 Comeback after 239 // GRV by UTMB
This first episode, “Mont Ventoux,” is about my comeback race at the Grand Ventoux by UTMB World Series after my knee surgery in the fall and 239 days without racing.
Episode 1 Racing 110 km to victory in Innsbruck | IATF 2024
The season of 2024 was already rough, but the Innsbruck Alpine Trail Festival was a race I really wanted to do. So here it is, the first episode of Chasing Ida.
I have already had the honor of talking about my running experiences and successes in a few podcasts. Since May 2023 I am hosting my German podcast: Höhenmeter pro Kilometer. Together with Kimi, I talk about the versatility of trail running, we answer your questions and give insights into our everyday lives as professional athletes - unfiltered and honest.
